You will need to get a cable adapter similar to this:-

Link to a non BIN removed as per site rules - search for "scart / composite to RF adaptor" Dave G

The Atari has RF output and 13-pin DIN monitor output. So, I think you would have to buy the adapter if your television, or VHS video player doesn't have RF input?

Does anyone else know more information?
