How many Commodore A4000T's are known to exist in working condition? Aren't there 200 of them ever produced? You might have better luck if you posted some ad to a newspaper. Maybe someone who owns one (but is not aware that people are interested in that machine) would see it and sell his Commodore A4000T
I very much doubt that would be the case. They were a very specialised piece of kit, and anyone buying one new would be very much aware of what they are buying, and what status they hold today.

I usually think that people who could shell up that amount of money usually did it for video work. I was seeking Amiga4000's from some local tv stations in Turkey and they told me that they threw them away to trash. 2 Amiga4000s went to trash because people either did not care or were not aware of their values.
There was even one local tv station that bought an Ateo Tower and put an 1200 in it. God knows how many turbo boards went to trash.
I bought mine second hand. I could have never bought one new. Mine also came with some cool stuff like the CStormPPC.
I payed less than half of what it was worth back then in 99 and it wasn't used much. Probably the person who bought it forgot about it after a while and then sold it to me.
