Sold Commodore 1541 II Disk Drive (Not Reading Disks)

Hi folks,

It's a shame - this drive is MINT but I can't get it to read any disks. Spins up fine and powers fine. Sounds like a head allignment issue but I don't have the time to investigate properly so selling this as "Non working / for spares / repair".

Comes with the PSU, manual, connectin cable and drive insert.

Price is £12.50 plus postage. Payment via Paypal gift please.

I don't think it's been opened but will check and let you know (hasn't been opened by me certainly).

Yes no worries about it not reading disks. I assume it will turn on and go into a ready state, red light goes out etc?

Yep - does all that. Just realised that the second photo shows that the warranty seal is unbroken so doesn't look like it's ever been opened
