Closed RJ45 Ethernet card suitable for A3x0/A4x0 Archimedes

If anyone has an RJ-45 Ethernet card suitable for on of these old beasties then I'd be interested in hearing from you.

I'm not interested in Ethernet cards that have 10b2 only but if they have that as well as an RJ-45 connection then that's just fine

For example an iCubed EtherLan 500 card would be perfect.
