View Full Version : Thread guidelines

6th December 2007, 11:12
These preliminary guidelines are to encourage a clean, swift, and easy experience for AmiBay's users.

* Do use a descriptive title and include suitable description, specifications, and illustrations (or links to such) in your post. Just linking to somewhere else is not enough, and links to other auction/offer sites are only allowed if "Buy It Now" or equivalent is currently available. "Reserve not met" will get moderated. Remember: You Must State Your Price.

* Don't post in a thread to say you are not interested or that you think the price is too high.

* Don't bump needlessly.

* Do edit your initial post to keep it up-to-date, but please do not delete listed items - just indicate their status.

* You must post in your own thread to inform the site staff when a deal is concluded satisfactorily, and then the thread can be locked. If you need it to be re-opened for some reason, send a PM to one of the moderators.

* It is the responsibility of the poster to ensure that their thread is maintained, and that any items listed for sale are actually still available. If you have listed your item elsewhere, and it sells through the other place, then you must post in your own thread to tell us that.
