Hello,

I'm looking for some piece of hardware letting me use the A4000D with a plain VGA monitor.

My nose is oriented towards looking for a A2320, but if you have other equivalent equipment, I'll glady appreciate any piece of advice.

Shipping preferred to Italy or fallback also to Germany.

Thank you

How about the Indivision AGA A4000/CD32 model? Those are still for sale brand new.

I don't think that there are at the moment any available for sale...at least at the usual shops it is listed as out of stock.

I would buy an Indivision also, almost as a last resort because they're pricey and I don't like too much the way they must be fit onto the chip.

Indivision 4000 is out of stock since a long time now.
Due to the low sales of A4000/CD32 version... Jens announced that he might consider a second batch based only on pre-orders but that IF it ever happens, would be after the the Indivision AGA mk2 (and maybe the ACA520 as well).

just that you cannot pre-order it at AmigaKit. Vesalia take pre-orders but there its 30$ more the price.

Why it's more at Vesalia? Are you sure? The price is 129,90 euros, which is exactly the same in Jen's price-list too (in his site). Well it was before, now Jens probably deleted that entry (of A4000D Indivision). I'm 100% sure that it was before together with the new MK2 Indivision A1200 at 149,90 euros.

Jens said today:
"Every reseller listed on my website can take pre-orders, provided that he does not take any money in advance."

That statement was concerning the new Indivision AGA mk2 (at least afaik).

Jens haven't even decided (if you read the thread from the link that AlicePPC provided) if the Indivision 4000 will be produced again.
He's gonna think about it and IF he decides to make another batch (which will be more expensive from the previous one as he said) then it will be a lot later and after pre-orders!

when i show the price in CAD at Vesalia, then i get: 184,13 CAD (129.90 Euro = 183.171273 CAD current exchange rate)
at AmigaKit shows me 154.62 CAD

MK2 is not listed at AmigaKit so i cannot pre-order there. at Vesalia for 212,48 CAD (available around October 2011)

Exactly, but don't forget that AmigaKit's page for A4000D is the price of the first batch, which I don't believe that the second batch will have the same price.:)

i get the feeling, that Vesalia is in general more expensive e.g.

http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=18&products_id=1003 174.45 CAD

http://www.vesalia.de/d_aca630-25.htm 225.38 CAD

Sorry to be off-topic guyz.

My last one: Your aforementioned cards in euros have exactly the same price (159 euros) in both online shops. :)
