Looking at the pics I would say its an Memory Master 1200 8MB RTC card that uses ZIP memory modules, 16 of them infact..

Interestingly, this card has 1MB of ram soldered to the rear of the card, this can be disabled by jumpers, also the FPU can be run in syncronus 14.28mhz or 50mhz modes.
