Hi!

I have a spare A4000 Motherboard here, I'd like to mount it in a case, if anyone has am empty case they want to sell please let me know. I would also need a Busboard & PSU, would like to buy all together if possible. :)

Let me know if you have anything for me.

Cheers!

Steve.

Unless you can find all from one source, I've got an extra busboard. I got it to replace my own as I suspected it to be faulty but that turned not to be the case. Therefore the other is surplus.

Hi Fitzsteve. I have a spare busboard. I could do you pay shipping, if you like, but I don't have any other a4000 case parts :)

If you're looking to get rid of that mobo, let me know...I have a new RBM Towerhawk that I am going to turn into a toaster/flyer/ad16 machine and need a mobo!

Thanks for the offers guys, I'd prefer to buy the Case first or all together as there is a chance I might go for PCI Busboard.

I did think about selling but I want to at least keep this board as a spare and it seems a shame for it to sit in a box so I'd like to make a system since I have spare A3640/Fastlane Z3/X-Surf here doing nothing!

If my Apollo 4060 don't sell maybe that could find it's way inside

I have some parts of an A4000 case.
The bottom metal chassis with Mobo Plastic shield.
ZORRO plastic supports are in place, but the rear Metal cage for screwing the ZORRO cards in place is missing.
ZORRO board retaining bar.

Send me a PM if you're interested.

Thanks D.B, payment sent

@Thread, I now have:

Busboard from esc (thanks :))
Chassis from D.B (thanks :))
PCI Bracket from Zetro (if he can find it in his workshop :p)

So I still need case plastics, PSU (or even empty PSU I can convert) and Metal Lid.

If anyone has anything do let me know, although I have some evil plans for a Custom Perspex case :ninja:

Cheers!

Steve.

Also need the front plastics and tray for the CD/FDD. I'd also take a lid if someone has one although I'm thinking of another mod :ninja:

Hi Steve,

I have all you need.... front, disk trays, PSU, metal lid...

I don't promise nothing, because delivery of mid/big packages from my side is very difficult....

In anyway, tomorrow I will try to find a way to deliver to you.

If I find a way to delivery all is free for you (only postage from Spain to UK).

More info soon...

My best wishes as allways

Pablo

Pablo my friend, I will owe you soooo much! Maybe I can find something to send you in return

There is no rush as I am busy these days with work, so even surface shipping is fine. :)

You could always have a go @ making one from some thin guage Aluminium sheet. It's really easy to work with and someone might be kind enough to measure theirs for you. You can always use the front panel as a jig for alignment of sizing of your own & then use a floppy & a CDROM for the hole positions with the front panel snapped in place.
