I have just dug up one of my Amiga 2000's and apart from a nice 020 card it also has a Microway AGA-2000E flickerfixer.

But my question, does anyone know how I can test if this card works ?
It has a 9-pin connector. Can i connect it to a regular 1084 monitor ?

Cheers, Stefan.

You need to make a special connection cable that goes from the microway to a VGA monitor.
Or, build a little 9pin to 15pin socket adapter.

Beware however the microway does not change the frame frequency, ie 50hz for PAL screens so use a crt monitor or a lcd that can sync down to 50hz.
There are wiring diagrams on the net, if you cant find one then I will dig my adapter out and bell it out for you.

TC ;)
