Fixed: Dead A3640 accelerator, any ideas on troubleshooting?

Hi,

I have an A3640 rev3.1 installed in an A4000. When installed I just get a black screen. Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice?

I know the A4000 works ok as I also have another GVP 040 card. I wanted to sell one but need both of them to work if i'm to do this.

Fixed it! Was not actually broken, I just had the jumpers on the mobo set wrong! lol
