My desktop amiga 1200 has the new Amiga logo. (http://www.cucug.org/amiga/aminews/images/amilogo.jpg)
Having thought about it for a while after receiving and modding my unit a bit, Ive come to the conclusion that Im not too fond of it to be honest. I would prefer to have the C= in there somewhere. I have also made minor damage to my top plastic with too long replacement screws :(
The screws didnt come all the way through but there are slight bumps. This only became visible to me in good lighting condition when the damage was already done. And while this doesnt affect the using of the amiga, it still isnt ideal. You may see the damage in this video by pausing near beginning when the lower part of the top plastic is visible.

So... noob mistakes that I want to be able to overcome and this is where you might be able to help! Im looking for good retro brighted or not yellowed top plastic with the Commodore logo.

edit: I am now accepting offers on yellowed plastics too as I might want to try to retrobright it myself! Seems like interesting process!

I guess what Im looking for is the top plastic looking like this: http://www.trebol71.es/images/AMIGA%201200.jpg
I dont need keyboard or any of the other parts, except the following:

Also I am in the hunt for Amiga 1200 desktop case screws as I seem to have lost many of them and finding good replacement screws is harder than I thought.

You can offer them together or individually only the screws or only the top plastic.

Thanks for looking!

Thank you, will order screws from there.

As for plastics I will also accept offers of both the top and bottom plastics if anyone has spare cases. I need spare case anyways if I want to try to make internal cdrom and hole for it... and will probably fail somehow miserably :)

Changing requirements. I am now accepting yellowed top plastics as well because I might want to try the process of retrobrighting plastics myself :D
Seems like something that might make an interesting little thread/article for another forum.

Okay can a mod please close this thread. I would like to make a new, cleaner thread for just wanting a 1200 desktop case with commodore logo on it. I bought more than enough screws now :)
(Also bought another motherboard to start making third Amiga so yeah, need some case for multiple reasons)
This was kind of a wacky thread, I had a typo in my previous message which made it all very unclear.
