Evening (almost..) all.

As above, for testing a poorly MegAChip board.

Types, 390544-01 or 318069-10 preferred, but I'll settle for a Never The Same Colour one if need be, if only for diagnostic purposes.

If it does not turn out to be Agnus that is faulty, you can even have it back!

Can't say fairer than that. :D

Cheers!

I have an 8375 Agnus here, a 318069-10 version, that was removed from an A600 board; PM me some address details and I'll pop it into the post for you.

Sound OK?

@Merlin. Thanks for that, I'll PM you shortly. One thing though...

Give me an email addy so I can PP a couple of quid over.

Put it towards the running of the site, a charity of your choice or towards a pint and a packet of pork scratchings at least. :)

Hi,

Please donate it towards the site if you don't mind, via the 'Community' dropdown in the black banner menu; that way everyone benefits.

It will be in tomorrow's post to you.

@ DB. Tell you what, he's a better man than me to turn down a pint of Old Tom and a packet of scratchings.. :D

@ DB

I'm diabetic and I don't drink; I was diagnosed 12 years ago and I've forgotten what beer tastes like - I wouldn't wash my feet with the alcohol-free variety....

But what about the Chicken Itchings?

Nah, I'm a Pork Scratchings man myself...

Do Chicken Itchings really taste of Chicken though?

/Rhetorical

Chicken Itchings are Pork Scratchings, but you're on the "Red" side of the border.

/....Possibly Rhetorical

Ahh, I thought you meant those thing they call "Chitterlings", "Chitlins" or something like that. We don't see them 'North of the Border'*, where we all wear flat caps and keep whippets...

They look like rubber bands to me and probably taste like them too....

*nominally presumed to be Watford Gap Services on the M1

Aye!- Ferets on the East side of the border to your whippets on the West.

Better Beer on the East, but brilliant football on the West.

Scratchings/Itchings, East or West of the Rose's Border, it's pig fat with Salt on it in a rip-off bag over the Bar....

M1, not done in the last decade+ and woudln't want to say, but most Motorway Services in the UK are Rubber Band food @ "ROFL-take-the-pi$$ prices".

No loss either cos it tastes like utter carboard cr4p. :picard

Love the Pic'-ard Icon. :D

Turned up safe and sound. Thanks for that!

Unfortunately, still the same symptoms on my megachip, so back to the drawing board for that.

So, a spare communal Agnus! If anyone wants one, let me know. :)

Yep, bit of a melon scratcher innit!

I'm thinking that small bit of logic on the board. The data sheet for the GAL says 20 year data retention time. The board was made in 1992.... :)
