Does this just fit into a spare 5.25" bay and plug into a spare SATA port? then can add or remove a 3.5" HDD when needed?

If so then I am interested.

Certainly does, although to clarify the drives that you plug in and out are SATA. :D

Can you find out the cheapest postage price for me? I don't mind how long it takes to arrive. And if it is a reasonable price I would like the Caddy.

This will be a perfect solution for my video projects. Being able to swap out SATA drives will be very useful.

The cheapest price I could find was Royal Mail Second Class at £2.70, I'll send you a PM with my deets.

Parcel was missed on Friday but was redelivered today. Perfectly packed and loooking good.
Not got round to installing yet but thanks to rojaws.
