Hello there,

I recently pulled out some Airport cards from some G3 iBooks and iMacs (taken apart cause some hardware problems and sold by pieces).

It's the "old" 802.11b version, running at 11Mbps.

Tested working on my G3 iBook.

I have got 5 cards.

I'm asking 15 € each + shipping

- payment via paypal gift (or buyer pays fees)
- shipping and handling to Italy, with tracking: 5 €
- shipping and handling to Europe, with tracking: 7 €
(for other destinations, please ask)
(combined shipping possible, please ask for shipping quote)

Will be shipped in "bomb-proof" packaging (not the usual bubble envelopes)

I'm trying to understand how this card would be compatible with the PowerMac family, meaning the G4 models you have listed..
If it's like the one in the stock picture you got, it's a PCMCIA model, and would have nowhere to plug. Thanks, and good luck with your sale. (y)

Hi Salaxi , i've to disagree with you. I own 2 G4 Powermac's ( 1GB Sawtooth and 1.25DP MDD ) and both have that internal pcmcia connection port and antenna wires.

In both machines i'm using an Asus Wireless PCI card as Airport cards aren't cheap.

Regards,

Pedro Torres.

I stand corrected fellas, just now verified my MDD has one!

That's correct, thanks for your comment.

All 5 cards sold outside Amibay... could a mod close, please ?

Thanks to all for looking.
