Hi,

as title says I'm looking for x2 or x4 32MB SIMMs for my CS060 MKII. My old memory SIMMs works only at 60 MHz. I can also swap them for better ones and pay some money (y)

Just a sidenote here, are you sure it's the RAM? I think Stachu100 said that the ram takes is clock source from the motherboard on the MKII, meaning that the CPU crystal doesn't affect RAM clock.
 
Well, Stachu100 just upgraded my CS MKII with new 060 CPU (latest rev) and did test it. He said that with good memory it will go even on 78 MHz. With my memory modules it goes only at 60 MHz :(
