Hi all, i have for sale a brand new Amigakit PCMCIA Reset Fix adapter (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=637) that fits over the Gayle chip.

I purchased this from Amigakit a couple of weeks ago but i then purchased a fastata and so i cannot use this as the fastata also clips over the gayle and my current adapter now has the reset fix included.

It has never been took out of the packet so is brand new.

Asking 2.50 plus shipping.

Pic can uploaded later if required.

Hi. I'm not interested in buying it, but i wonder. What does this really do? Keep from sending reset signal through PCMCIA or just make the A1200 reset quicker?
Cause i've noticed there is a bit delay when i soft-reset my Amiga 1200 maybe just half a sec but still noticable.

I'm no expert on the hardware but i believe there is a bug with the PCMCIA port when using a network card that means you have to unplug and replug the network card back in when resetting the machine. This adapter removes the need for the removing and re-inserting the card.
