Closed Working but faulty Wiimote (Only works as Player 1)

This wiimote looks new and has had little use. It does work ok but only seems to sync as player 1.

If I sync this up first its fine but if I try and sync it as anything other than player 1 it doesn't seem to want to sync. No idea if its the remote or the actual console.

Comes with rubber jacket and strap.
