View Full Version : FFS is it upgraded in os 3.9 bb4?

I did this by accident. Does it work like that? I am reading the guides about how to install sfs right now.

I need to be sure, since I was going to dump a lot of whdload, adfs, etc on it.

I really cannot aford it gets lost. I never had anything larger then 4Gigs, but it is getting to much to stay with that method so new with large partitions;)

BB4 indeed has an upgraded FFS filesystem (45.16) that is out a long time now.
FFS doesn't make the big difference on disks/partitions larger than 4GB...
What is important is to also have a scsi.device that supports those partitions/disks like Doobrey's 44.2, Cosmos 43.47, Chris/Toni's 43.35 scsi.device

Thanks mate, I'll tranfer first whdload (8 gigs) and fill it up to test with it further then. (just to make sure )


version says 43.47 for scsi.device.
