View Full Version : Closed CDTV For Sale

17th December 2012, 01:59
I've decided (with a gentle push from my space-loving gf) that it's time to part with my beloved-yet-unused-for-the-most-part-since-I've-gotten-it CDTV.

Included are:

NTSC CDTV w/Genlock thingy
IR Mouse - Had Battery Leakage but worked after cleanup
CD Caddy
Floppy Drive - Works! See Pics

10 original software discs:
Advanced Military Systems - Game and Jewel Case Only
Chaos in Andromeda - Game and Jewel Case Only
Defender of the Crown II - Has my name on it in marker, to remind you of the original owner :D
Insight Technology
Lemmings - Game and Jewel Case Only
Psycho Killer - Game and Jewel Case Only
Town with No Name - Game and Jewel Case Only
Wrath of the Demon - Game and Jewel Case Only
Xenon 2: Megablast

Everything, including all the games, is tested and appears working. The CDTV's case/cover is a little bent on the top front edge, and has various nicks and scratches. The memory card(?) cover is missing. I don't think I ever had it.

Eeek, the flash really shows the hard to clean dust. If I have time I'll try to clean it up better.

Title Screen at a funky angle.

I was happy when this booted up. Haven't tested most of my floppies for years, more or less in this drive. Drakkhen not included.

Just to make sure the first floppy game wasn't a fluke. Shadow of the Beast not included either.

Asking $225 obo plus shipping. Local Pickup or Shipping to US will be cheapest. I'm willing to send anywhere but the shipping costs will be high for anyone on the other side of an ocean.

Also interested in trading if you have an accelerator or video card capable of making an Amiga 4000D run quake well enough to be networked with PCs (Currently has an 040).

Is it possible to remove "US Only" from the title? I want to open this up to everyone.

That looks way better than it did here! I tend to have such a mesh of cords that I spend hours untangling them every few years.

I think it's safe to close this thread! ^_^

Feedback left also..

also also... Payment received, shipment sent, and all that other stuff I probably should have been mentioning.
