Keyboard membrane A500Plus

Hi! I am looking for a keyboard membrane to my A500Plus... Mitsumi green model. On keyboard PCB I can read:
PCB A-500
56 A620A
The F1, caps lock and w dont work when pressed....

I have clean the membrane but no success

ps: the one I have reads : A-500 (E) 56 A619A not sure if ists compatible or not
