Sometimes we have a little more time at Christmas for retro gaming!
I dug out my Hyper Neo Geo 64 today for a quick health check and session as I have not used it in years. This is an arcade motherboard and I have 3 games with it. Sadly the Hyper NG was not a success like the MVS.
The game in the picture is Bukuri One which is a strange fighting game where you use the fire buttons to move left and right. It is actually good fun and the graphics for 1999 I think are pretty good.
It is huge and very heavy but then it is not a home console! My arcade supergun is the only way I can fire up this beast.
Here is the console all ready for action.
All the boxes which weigh a ton.
Cartridges come with artwork and posters.
Cartridges are big!
Here is the motherboard with a game mounted!
Underneath the motherboard, some hardware stuff!
Jamma connector on this v2 board thank goodness so can use a supergun!
Everything looks good!
Ready to go!
