Both as pictured were removed from working Turbo Boards (de-soldered)

XC68040RC40M = £10 +P&P (sold to Tahoe)
XC68040RC25M = £5.00 + P&P (not pictured) (1 Available) (1 sold to Vulture)

XC68040RC25B = £10 + P&P (sold to chaos)

Shipping guide:

UK is £1.30 (first Class Large letter)

Inside EU will be £3 and outside EU £4

Shipping price includes the cost of a brand new small box (30p)

I have found another 25mhz 040 chip here, an XC68040RC25M (Removed from working BPPC - desoldered by stachu)

The 40mhz 040, XC68040RC40M is still available for (£15 inc UK postage) Was £20 + P&P
