Withdrawn interest as both of my BPPCs are rev 0.

I read that Rev0 BPPC's can work with GREX if you use the older GREX firmware without Open PCI. I haven't tested it myself though.

I read it will be slow that way fitzie. So only rev2 BPPC will do the job like it should be done.

Sorry I disagree, it is just rumors...

I have two phase5 BPPC rev. 0 (both loaded with latest DCE PCI firmware) and both works with G-Rex PCI (new revision 2 DMAs) fine, but there is a condition: 040 must run at 30 or 33 MHz or 060 at 60 or 66 (it means 60 or 66 oscilator is needed). When 040 is at basic 25 or 060 at 50 Amiga does not start at all (black screen, no PCI menu, even boot diskette does not run). And slow speed? Bet this is 15-25% faster PCI solution then any Mediator on A1200 ;o)

I am not sure if I can post some screens or photos to this thread, so rather contact me via PM I can give you proofs the BPPC Rev 0 works with G-Rex fine when 68k is overclocked a little.

AFAIK phase 5's rev0 that have been reworked by DCE are seen as rev2 by the system (I have one). If it is a "real" rev0, you will have problems. Sorry for the sale thread, if I had money I would take it ;) good luck mate.

So is this the new revision with 2 DMA slots?
And if it is, declaring interest ;)
