I am mounting a Pentium 4 mobo in a larger, older ATX case. The case in question has your usual momentary 2 wire power connector. Trouble is, the mobo has a proprietary power switch connector, which won't work in this case.(pun not intended) So, snooping on google brought me the PS-on to ground mod, where you wire PS-On to ground from the mobo connector. However, it seems as though it is talking about a click on switch, not a momentary one. Is there a circuit or something I can build or should I find a more standard mobo?

If you're on about a standard ATX PSU, it's a momentary job. Connect the green wire to ground for a moment and the PSU will turn on.
