This is interesting, I have not seen one of these boards before - I notice the bottom socket is design for an industry standard PCIMG full form factor Single Board Computer (SBC).
Truly interesting! - looking at the design of the board I would state that the PCI ports are only usable by the PCMIG card - but what a nice bit of kit!
