Hi all: after doing some cleaning, i found this card:

Im very confused. Acocording to http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=28 is one thing, according to http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search.pl?product=&company=Commodore#a3630 it seems to be another card.

My card, actually has 68020/030 Board Rev 1.0
A3200/A3400

It has a M68EC030/25 and a M68882 installed.

So, is this card "rare", "unique", or "prototype"?
Is it a 030 for a A4000? Or what is it? Strange part is that in the front of my A4000 it clearly says: 4000/040

Reading both mentioned links only brought me more confusion...i guess it was supposed to be for the "A3600", later called A4000, but after that, i dont have a clue... :|

Please any help on this? i want to sell it, but i need to be 100% sure of what i will be selling it and if its useless or not to somebody (I mean, would anybody here need this kind of card? Is it worth any $$$???)

Thanks in advance
Sebastian

It's an 030 board for A3000 or A4000. It's quite common.

See the link, especially the picture
http://www.amiga-hardware.com/showhardware.cgi?HARDID=222

Cool. Thanks for the pic and for clarifying this a little. I was confused as everywhere it was referred as Commodore A3630 card and not A3200/A3400.

I read the story, and now it all seems clear to me (What will remain unclear to me is why tis card was inside an A4000/040 machine.... (X Files music) (y)

I got one inside my A4000/040 too.

It's probably a second or even third hand machine?

Lot's of Amigas have been "parted out" or split up if you like, so that the 040 was sold separately and the base unit was probably sold with a 030 to maximise profit. I've got two 030s here.
