These are black with molded ends, where Vesalia has standard white/grey cables with standard white/grey RS-232 plugs. Technically they do the same thing, but the standard plugs are not deep enough for some sticks.
 
Also, the Vesalia cable will not fit in an A600.

Since I have already agreed with Troels to buy one of these, I might as well declare interest in here.
