Closed A500 Power supply repair (120v/60Hz)

Hello! I recently acquired an A500 power supply which I'd hoped to use for both an A1200 and A500. Unfortunately it arrived DOA. I was able to check continuity on the cable ends as well as the fuse, but beyond that I'd like to leave to an expert (nothing looks obviously wrong/burned inside).

This is one of the light weight supplies, so shipping shouldn't be much of an issue. Can anyone help? Thanks much!

Sorted - I wound up chopping off the end and wiring to an ATX power supply. Ugly, but at least it's working.
