Hi,

Here I have approx just over 125 Philips CDI VCD CD's. Please see the pictures for details, as there are a lot of repeats. Might be of use to someone for the cases or if you need a few movies. Some cases are damaged, but most are ok and the CD's are mostly in very good condition.

These may only work on Philips CDI consoles with FMV cartridge installed. Not sure if they will work on any other devices.

Selling as a joblot for £20 plus postage, Paypal gift or you pay the fees.

Or any 15 CDI movies for £5 plus postage

Thanks for looking

These can of course be played on any VCD compatible system.

Really ?
I have one (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
It will not play in any DVD/BluRay machine or PC Drive
(Later Ripped with IsoBuster)

Wik Sezi:
"CD-i Digital Video:
Shortly before the advent of White Book VCD, Philips started releasing movies in the Green Book CD-i format, calling the subformat CD-i Digital Video (CD-i DV).
While these used a similar format (MPEG-1), due to minor differences between the standards these discs are not compatible with VCD players.
Philips' CD-i players with the Full Motion Video MPEG-1 decoder cartridge would play both formats.
Only a few CD-i DV titles were released before the company switched to the current VCD format for publishing movies"

Wow wasn't aware of this as was told they will play on any VCD including Amiga CD32 with FMV card. So I guess some will work and some won't on other formats. Thanks for the info I will change the thread.

Price drop to £20 plus postage for the lot, or will split any 15 CDI movies for £5 plus postage :wooha:

Hi, sorry to hi-jack your thread, but I think that there will be no problem playing those VCDs on any Amiga CD32 with FMV equipped, unless Philips has locked them somehow.

I just saw the pictures, and i realise that there are some titles that they are double, triple e.t.c.
Can you sent me a list of titles, that there are different, not the double, triple e.t.c. ?
I want to buy a package of different titles, and i want to know how many different titles they are.
