Altai data recorder.
This has a built in power supply unit and a cassette cable with 7pin DIN connector.
Everything appears to work - cassettes turn, counter rotates, you can hear music or the 'scratchy noise' of software on headphones.
The pause switch is broken.
However, I have not been able to get more than a very rare 'data?' loading to my electron.
It may be that the drive cable is a little slack and needs replacing.
I have noticed that there is a background hum which may be the problem.
If no one wants to try fixing it, it will have to go to the dump.
Free but £5.60 postage to UK.
