Now I have a lovely Internal CF Card in my CDTV courtesy of MatthaisH and TheCorfiot (thanks guys), I need to have a little fast RAM to make a nice usable WHDLoad system.

Has any body got one for sale or can recommend a good solution ?

You could look at adapting Kipper2k's A500 8MB RAM ( autoconfig ) adaptor or Tomthuls A500 4MB Adaptor and IDE (non autoconfig - requires a boot CD / FDD)

You may need to upgrade Kickstart to 3.1 and your CDTV boot ROM's - please note that you will need to install a Floppy Drive (external) for Kick 3.1 operation.
 
Hi Zeets,

I had the 8mb adaptor from Kipper2K but couldn't close the lid and it disabled the CD - I didn't particularly want to start butchering the board and the fact it didn't let me put the lid on was the clincher.

I would prefer an autoconfig solution, but open to others as the HD can load the necessary commands.

I have already got v3.1 Kickstart and the 2.30 CDTV Roms installed - in fact I'm wunning wb3.1 on it at the mo - just need the fast ram :)
