I'll have a look in the junk pile, you never know. :)

(Although it's likely that they're all Coppermine, I've not seen many Tualatins around the place)
 
AFAIR coppermines where up to 1ghz , you can easily see from the heat-spreader on the cpu: coppemines just have a small 1cm² "core" , not like the one above :)

Yeah, I've got plenty of 1GHz CuMine CPUs. If I find a Tualatin, I'll let you know, but don't hold your breath.

The fastest PIII I have here is a 950Mhz Coppermine, is that too slow?
 
yeah, I have currently installed a 1ghz coppermine, need some extra juice :) (have built a win98SE 3D gaming pc for old titles with a voodoo5/5500agp vga :) )
(also tualatins are cooler with way better heat dispatchion design...)
