There is an auction running on ebay.co.uk with 13 C64 games including the Kixx version of Rodland. No bids, ending in 4 days. If you search for Rodland you should find it.
 
Thanks McVenco - I have just asked the seller if they would consider selling Rodland separately (as I don't want the other games).
