Fixing a PS is a proper PITA, is my experience.
More often than once, after the faulty part is replaced, it will fry again due to another part being dodgy.

So IMHO it's best to replace the whole PCB with a new one.

I could offer you a "refreshed" unit, but I would need the old one due to the cable and the case, so it would involve double shipping costs.

Considering all the work and a new PS I think that € 55,- would be a fair price.
