Almost new, used maybe 3-5 times Fast ATA 4000 MK-VI BootROM ver.7
Purchased at 05.2013, 10.2013 and was replaced with another one, so there is still warranty.
Card looks like new, and is working at 100% (in the evening I will add photos)
From what I know the ROM 7 has improved support for drives in OS 4.1.
Controls also lets you boot your computer from both Primary and Secondary connectors.
