Hi all!

*sigh*

The further I look at this A4000 motherboard, the more things I see going wrong with it... this time is a small section where some of the traces have been stripped back to the copper:

Would this cause any lasting damage. I think it's been caused by the ScanDoubler socketed attachment has been placed over the Alice chip.

Just wondering if that's been the cause of my 'green' screen on start up.

Again, thanks for any help on this one!

It will take loooong time for them to be permanently damaged (unless nearby cap leak), in time they will go dark, oxidase. You can cover them with solder or paint using green acrylic paint.

Thanks for that, I think I'll just leave them as they are then! Awesome... something else not to worry about :)
