Will I have any advantages using this cpu in combination of an ACA 500 in an A500+ with 2MB of chip ram?
 
yes , cause you will get the option to quit games regularly using WHDLoad without rebooting every time , the 68010 CPU contains some extra commands
towards the normal 68000 , but you won´t gain any speedup .

nope,aca500 has the ability to quit in whdload.

I have heard about the problem quitting games on whdload.
Not tried yet because I am having trouble with CF not recognized by my ACA500.
