Strange winuae problem

Okay, so I installed OS 3.9 from CD in winuae, using this guide.
FOr some reason, when it was copying files, it said

"File MULTIVIEW is protected from deletion!" Why would it be DELETING?

So I enter in the CLI
To unprotect all the files. This let the installer finish.

I reboot, and get:



AHI is also missing, and other stuff probably is too... I've tried it many times, double checking each step, using both folders and hardfiles.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You are using an encrypted ROM from Amiga Forever CD, right?

Grab a REAL ROM image from your A1200 or 4000 and the problems will go away in a snap.
