It's essentially the same as a a570 with a different badge and minor hardware changes.
It's only 'rare' in the same way an A1500 is rarer than an A2000 but because people bandy round the word 'prototype' i guess its more collectible. (Collectible being a euphemism for something else.)

Actually this is raw... YUCK!!!
It's scarce but really all it means is it's an early model (before they drempt up the Amiga A600). It's no prototype though that's for sure.
AmiBay is not the place for price discussions.
Have a look on the other bay for an idea of what it could or could not be worth.
