"PM sent" doesn't tell us what's going on here. To be honest, I don't like "PM sent" as it could mean anything. In future, could you provide a little more detail before taking things to PM?

Can you please update this thread with what's happened so far? There are accepted time limits and all I see is s a "PM sent" queue with all of the messages apparently falling into a black hole. People appear to be waiting for a response.
