For parts or just for collecting, no hope on repair, primary chip has minor crack and bubble in the middle, indicating this card is burnt by someone. I got this from another ex-Amiga user with lots of other stuff and the history for this card is unknown. Maybe the best part of this card is the possibly rare connector that plugs to Blizzard PPC. I have never owned working Blizzard PPC myself.
