Im trying to get to grips with backbone and as i go along trying new (to me) things i'll upload the game here if thats ok and at the end of it, i'll write a detailed tut.
now, the game below took about an hour all in - some graphics are reused from that classic game Bad santa, uploaded in general chat some days ago.
Don't expect graphic finesse yet or at all, its the mechanics I'm interested in at the mo.
here is my one hour game.... kid friendly too.

enemy movment
enemy fire
animation
Dpaint / Photon paint
scenes
to learn
top down animation. scrolling etc
custom sounds
animated backgrounds
Commando is another game I'm working on ...
and so is ball runner.
