Closed NA Cinemaware games in boxes

Thanks to some flooding, I am looking for every cinemaware game including boxes. The boxes need to be in very good shape.

North American versions only please.
 
Not to piss in your parade, but Cinemaware is giving all their Amiga games FOR FREE (OK, hacked to not ask for copy protection) on their site.

But I think some titles are still missing.
