Hiya!

anyone knows how much VRAM is needed to have a windows 1080p desktop? I am asking because I wanna set a fixed vram size on my atom server pc... ofcourse I could just set it to 256MB but I would rather use the memory in other functions (having in mind that it would be useless in 2D or movie stuff - NOT interested in 3D games at all)
thanks :D

Back-of-the-envelope calculation:
1920*1080*32 = 66355200 bits = 8294400 bytes = 8100k =~ 8MB

ah.... I thought something like this but I needed to be sure... so a 64MB framebuffer would be fine :D
