My Network Places (PC Question)

The "My Network Places" icon disappeared from my desktop :eek:
I put a shortcut icon up for general usage

However, when I try to use properties to see 'Network Connections'
it just shows the props of the shortcut...

I managed to get 'Network Connections' via the Tray Icon

But how do I restore the lost icon ?
 
Right click your desktop then click Personalize. After that, click Change Desktop Icons. You can put a check next to the Network option.
