Closed Someone to translate/relay a Polish website listing and help with delivery..

I've found an item on a Polish site that to the best of my ability is some kind of classified website. This is it... http://allegro.pl/unikat-mgh-multi-game-hunter-super-nintendo-i5136801227.html . I'd like someone to firstly translate the listing so I can determine exactly what is on offer, and the asking price. Then to help with purchase/delivery. If there is a friendly Amibayer who can help that would be great. More than willing to reward for your efforts
