I *think* this is a 4mb board but really do not know. It includes the controller board, cable and actual trapdoor board. The Ram board is rev 1.1 and part number BB504B and the controller board is rev 1.2 and part number BB504A. Not sure on how much RAM is installed but the chips are 75% populated. And I haven't tested this so genuinely do not know its working status.
