Re-capped, battery replaced and working.
A3640 installed (recapped - properly!)
2MB Chip RAM
16MB FastRAM
Cloanto Workbench 3.1 CF card installed
ATX PSU with harness
Indivision AGA 2
CyberVision 643D+ Ratte Switch and Indivision harness
XSurf 100 + RapidRoad
3.1 ROM
Super Buster 11
Gotek flashed with HxC firmware
Brand new 1.44MB Floppy drive.

This is as far as the hardware installed goes. I have not installed drivers, but the cards are recognised by SysInfo so I expect them to work. I have not progressed any further as I understand there are still compatibility issues with the A3640 and XSurf with RapidRoad.

Included with the sale:
All original parts removed (original 030 CPU board, original PSU innards & casing, original hard disk with mounting brackets, original badge, original 1.44MB Floppy drive, original blanking plates)
Retina V1.1 Zorro card with disks
BigRAMPlus 256 (Recently purchased, not installed)
FastATA 4000 Mk VI (Recently purchased, Not installed)
Original box (outer box only, no polys)
Original 3.0 ROMs
Original Keyboard
A Commodore Mouse (late Amiga, in keeping with the time)

The machine was a wreck when I bought it. It has been restored and thoroughly cleaned - no retrobright used. The keyboard is slightly yellow, but still looks good.
I've not got the time to invest in making this the box I wanted it to be. I am also running down my collection to make way for other things in my life. I hope it goes to someone who will enjoy it.
I have booted it up and run SysInfo, it seems good, but I will offer no warranty. It is sold as seen. I have only tested the machine in its current configuration.

£1100 + P&P ONO. Collection preferred as this is a lot of expensive stuff and would like to know it has travelled safely. I can deliver or meet within a 20 mile radius of Cheltenham.

No splits. This is advertised elsewhere.

Chingford? I used to live down Nelson Road when I was growing up!

Here's a pic of the PSU:
