Not sure if this is allowed but being as they are so rare. There's one on eBay item #311861786286. I am not interested despite me having a 1220 board because I use the PCMCIA slot and can't be doing with taking RAM out when slot required.
 
wow that's the first time i've ever seen the 4mb expansion for those cards for sale anywhere.... i was beginning to think they were a myth!
 
Just discovered this RAM will only fit the Blizzard 1200 ram card not the Blizzard 1220 accelerator (3 rows of pins not 2) how silly they are not the same.

Not impossible to find.. I've sold dozens of them here and also at Ebay some years ago..
