Magic Desk compatible cartridge generator, Any plain menus out there ? or even bypass the menu ?

Hi,

I am playing with Magic Desk compatible cartridge generator and making by own cartridges.
I just want to know if there is any Plain looking menus out there that don't wobble like the fish tank effect.
Is there a way of bypassing the menu all together for single Game file cartridges.
